20 Hz Frequency: Feel Energized & Focused
A lot of people notice a bit of a euphoric feeling when listening to frequencies around 20 Hz ( sort of like a jogger's high feeling). In small doses it can provide a bit of a rush. But be aware, beta frequencies can be very arousing... so make sure you don't over-do it :)
20 Hz is also a commonly used "cure-all" Rife frequency.
Frequencies within the Beta wave range (13-29.9 Hz) are associated with:
- Fast activity for cognitive tasks
- Processing information
- Alertness
- Attentiveness
- Analytical Problem solving
- Decision making
- Arousal
- Conscious thinking

How do binaural beats work?
Our brains tend to play monkey-see-monkey-do with the stimuli around us. Whether that is a strobing light, a beating heart, a pulsing tone, or a binaural beat.
When you listen to a binaural beat (with headphones) a different frequency will play in your right and left ear. For example, 100 Hz in your right + 120 Hz in your left. Your brain interprets the 20 Hz difference between the two and begins to sync up with that frequency. In theory, this delivers the benefits associated with that frequency and brainwave range.
